Inspired by European magazine of the 1960s and 70s, Preservation: Midwest is a society fully devoted to preserving and restoring the historic structures of middle America.
In this issue Preservation: Midwest focusses on hosting an evening of food and culture at Kansas City's historic Union Station. The event's purpose is to showcase the unique cuisine that Kansas has to offer as well as a gallery viewing of works by renowned Kansas photographer, Gordon Parks.
